    It is possible to utilize the Job Posting (in-company posting system), etc. to transfer to another occupation. You can express your wishes regarding assignments, however, this does not guarantee that you will be assigned to your desired destination.

    It is possible. Many employees take on additional posts to try their hand at various jobs, or they make career changes to build a career that fits them.

    What level of English proficiency is required?

    You can take on the challenge of many jobs even without using English; however, having English language ability does enable you to engage in a broader range of work.
    A training system is provided for learning English skills. Employees with different levels of English, including people who lack confidence in using English, those who can only read and write in English, and those who can communicate orally in business scenes, can improve their ability by receiving training according to their level of skill.

    There are some job categories where a specialized level is required; however, in many cases, there isn't a problem so long as you can input data using a PC.

    There are no opportunities for direct contact in CMIC job categories. However, you can learn about the conditions and situations of patients through physicians and staff at medical institutions.

    Inside offices, casual office wear is the basic standard. When visiting clients and medical institutions, employees often wear suits.

    It is possible that you will be sounded out about transfer depending on changes in work contents or role. In such cases, we will review the matter while considering your situation.

    Do you have a flextime system?

    Yes, we do. The core time is from 11am to 3pm. Employees with various lifestyles, including childrearing employees, work for us while utilizing this flexible system. (Flextime can be used 1 month after entering the company).

    As a rule, employees work in the offices that are specified by the company; however, remote work from home is also possible depending on the conditions of the department and individual.
